Portsmouth’s recently re-established Junior Chamber (JCI) is pleased to announce that it has reduced the cost for attending some of its personal development/training sessions. JCI members will now be able to enjoy a training session, complete with dinner and coffee, from just £10, with non-members being able attend from just £20. Aimed at young professionals and entrepreneurs aged 20-40, JCI offers great value training, networking and personal development opportunities in a relaxed and informal environment
“Being a not-for-profit organisation enables us to provide great value to our members” commented Paul Thwaite, President of JCI Portsmouth. “We’ve received an enormous amount of positive feedback about our training events, and this is something we’re very proud of. We’d love to be able to involve more members of the local business community, and we hope by lowering our prices we’ll make the sessions accessible to everyone and will attract new members.”
When asked who the training sessions will appeal to, Paul added: “I think these training sessions will appeal to everyone. Whether you run your own business, own a company, or work for a corporate organisation, JCI has something for you and your staff. What’s more, if you are a member of a professional organisation it may be possible for you to count JCI training events towards any continuing professional development (CPD) obligations that you have.”
Membership plans are available from just £8 per month for individuals, details of corporate membership plans are available on request. Non-members are also most welcome to JCI events.
