Guest speaker Garry Lane of One Vision Life Coaching will explore the benefits of coaching, and will explain how it can help you lead to a more balanced, happy and fulfilling life!

Garry will cover:

• Insight into what motivates you, what you are truly passionate about, and what your goals could be.
• A range of hints, tips and tools which can help you to achieve a more rounded, balanced and happy life.
• An understanding of how to identify and set ‘achievable’ goals, and how to track their progress

Venue
Best Western Royal Beach Hotel, Southsea. The hotel is opposite South Parade Pier.

Parking
Parking is available at the back of the hotel on Mansion Road. Drive past the Hotel (with the hotel on your left) and take the first left into Granada Road. Take the second left into Alhambra Road. Follow the road down and left turn into Mansion Road. Hotel parking is on the right hand side. The car park is very narrow in places so please take care. Ask reception for a parking permit which must be placed in your car.

If parking is not available at the hotel, there is plenty of free parking adjacent to the hotel on Alhambra Road, or paid parking is along the sea front which is a short walk away from the hotel.
