The topic this evening is: ‘Write or wrong?’ Avoiding nasty slip-ups

At best, poor grammar, ambiguous copy and spelling mistakes cost money, resulting in expensive reprints or perhaps even lost customers. At worst, such mistakes prejudice people against your organisation, damaging the brand in which you have invested so carefully.

English language specialist Matthew Male will be presenting in his own unique style, how the language we use has a dramatic effect on the way we are perceived and a lot more.

Timings:
6-7pm – Casual drinks in the hotel bar
7-8pm – Dinner is served
8-9pm – Presentation

You will have the opportunity to network in the bar after the event and ask any further questions you might have for our speaker.

Venue
The Royal Beach Hotel can be found on Southsea Sea Front opposite South Parade Pier.

Parking
Parking is available at the back of the hotel on Mansion Road. Drive down Granada Road and turn into Alhambra Road, and then turn left into Mansion Road and hotel parking is on the right hand side. Ask Reception for a parking permit which must be placed in your car.

If parking is not available at the hotel, there is plenty of free parking adjacent to the hotel, or paid parking is along the sea front a short walk away.
